The Canadian Institute for Health Information released this report earlier this year in January on a 10 year study done from 2006-2015 of the pharmacy workforce.

With pharmacy school being so competitive in Ontario — only the University of Toronto and University of Waterloo offer pharmacy programs — it makes sense that many soon-to-be pharmacists go outside the province or even out of the country to get their training.
